BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Executive specializing in soft services, your role will be pivotal in expanding our client base, identifying new opportunities, and establishing strong client relationships. You will work closely with the sales and operations teams to develop and execute strategies for increasing revenue and market share within the soft services segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitors within the soft services sector.

2. Lead Generation:

  • Implement lead generation strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals, to create a robust pipeline of prospects.

3. Client Relationship Management:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as a primary point of contact, addressing their needs, concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with our soft services.

4. Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies specifically tailored to soft services, with a focus on cleanliness, hygiene, and related solutions.

5. Proposal Preparation:

  • Create persuasive proposals and presentations that highlight the value and benefits of our soft services offerings to potential clients.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

  • Lead negotiations with potential clients, work toward closing deals, and secure contracts for soft services.

7. Reporting:

  • Generate and maintain sales reports, including lead status, sales pipeline, revenue forecasts, and updates for the management team.

8. Feedback and Improvement:

  • Continuously gather feedback from clients and prospects to enhance our soft services offerings.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service quality and adherence to client expectations.

9.Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and customer support, to deliver exceptional soft services and create seamless client experiences.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a focus on soft services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of soft services industry trends, regulations, and competitors.
